Nestled in Zermatt, the Alpen Resort & Spa is a true gem. From the welcoming staff to the stunning views of the Matterhorn from the balcony, every detail exceeded our expectations. the spacious room, cozy and clean, felt like a home away from home. We indulged in the delicious meals at the restaurants, and the breakfast buffet offered a perfect start to each day. the brand new wellness area was a highlight, with a dreamy pool and various relaxation rooms. the convenient location, near train stations and ski lifts, made exploring the area a breeze. the staff's exceptional assistance, like tracking down a lost phone, truly made us feel like part of the family. We can't wait to return to this Alpine paradise.
